Financial SMS Information

We do not collect or store your private SMS from your inbox.

We only collect financial SMS from your inbox which helps us identify the various accounts you hold and the cash flow patterns you have as a user to help us carry out a credit risk assessment which allows us to determine your risk profile and provide you with a suitable credit analysis for allows you to take financial facilities from regulated financial entities and other service providers available on the platform.

When using the app, it periodically sends financial SMS information to our affiliate servers and to us with DES and AES via https encryption.

Phone status

We access the status of your phone is used to identify you and ensure the security of your information, to help third parties to cooperate in assessing the level of risk.

Location

We collect location information from your device to reduce the risk associated with your account.

Installed Applications

We collect a list of the installed applications’ metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized loan offers.

Storage

We require the storage information permission that allows the App to enable you to upload photos and/or documents to complete the application form during your loan application journey.

Camera

We require the camera information permission to provide you an easy/smooth experience and to enable you to click photos of your KYC documents along with other requisite documents and upload the same on the App during your loan application journey.

Photo library

We require photo library access so that you can easily choose and upload required KYC documents and save time by allowing us to auto-fill relevant data. This ensures that you are provided with a seamless experience while using the application.

Calendar

When users use our platform services, we will mark the loan products you are interested in. In case of new information, events and offers, we will use your device calendar permissions to provide you with a reminder service.

Device information

The information the App collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you manage your privacy controls on your device.

When you install the App, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the device you’re using.

We collect information from the device when you download and install the App and explicitly seek permissions from YOU to get the required information from the device.

The information we collect from your device includes the unique ID i.e. IMEI number, GAID (Google Advertising ID), IP, information on operating system, call logs, SDK version and mobile network information including carrier name, SIM Serial and SIM Slot, your profile information, list of installed apps, wi-fi information.

We collect information about your device to provide automatic updates and additional security so that your account is not used in other people’s devices. In addition, the information provides us valuable feedback on your identity as a device holder as well as your device behaviour, thereby allowing us to improve our services and provide an enhanced customized user experience to you.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
